Elli's Desserts started the way the best things do — in a home kitchen, baking for family and friends who kept asking for more. What began as Shabbat challahs and birthday cakes has grown into something much bigger.

I trained professionally in pastry arts at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City, where I learned the techniques behind everything from tiered fondant cakes and sugar flowers to laminated doughs. That training shows up in every order — but the heart of it is still home baking: made from scratch, in small batches, with ingredients you can actually pronounce.

No preservatives, no shortcuts. Just real food made with real care — the kind that makes people feel at home. Based in Central New Jersey and available for local pickup and event orders throughout the area.
